For Dwight Aguilar, growing and making coffee is a science that requires constant effort and innovation. These principles are evident in the 10 years of hard work he has put into what he now calls his craft. Dwight attributes the quality of his product to Santa Teresa, its environment, its climate, soil, and diverse ecosystems that are crucial to the flavor of the coffee and the resistance of the plants.
Over the years, Dwight has worked closely with the Three
Monkeys Coffee Company to develop the growing, harvesting, and finishing methods that allow him to create the Specialty Coffees he now produces.
Dwight's coffee is smooth and sweet, with hints of dried fruit and red berries. It comes from two different cafes. Varieties: 90% geisha and 10% bourbon, which Dwight and his family grow and harvest meticulously controlling their conditions.
